US Domestic Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $35, smaller orders will be charged a location and shipping preference fee. Products are shipped from the United States and should take no longer than 7 days to arrive (Shipping times extended due to pandemic factors). All products are shipped using FedEx or UPS depending on the rate, with the most affordable or fastest option as the preference. Orders can be tracked using a provided tracking number. Latte Fitness is not responsible for delayed shipping times, as we cannot guarantee the factors facing couriers or their providers.

International Shipping

Products shipped internationally pay a location-specific fee, comprising speed and location. Products are shipped from the United States; once the product(s) leave(s) the warehouse, we cannot provide shipping assistance. Latte Fitness does provide tracking numbers which are updated according to the speed and location of the products.

Returns

Return Costs

The buyer will be provided with a return address. In certain instances, the buyer must pay a restocking fee.

30 Days to Return

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Consumable goods missing much of the product are not eligible for return. The product should be returned in the original packaging with all items.

Returns & Exchanges

All products are eligible to exchange within 30 days and the specified terms. The items will be validated upon arrival to ensure all original articles are included, and the refund/exchange will be issued under the assumption no prior policy is violated. All items must be within an acceptable condition, that is, an unused or original state
